Wrapping up a week as a Global Visiting Professor of Law at @Notre Dame Law School! I am deeply grateful to Professors @Bruce Huber, @Avishalom Tor, @Paul Miller for their warm hospitality, and to @Joshua Kuiper for his help in settling in.
In the coming week, I will continue teaching the engaged and inquisitive JSD students in the joint comparative course with Professor @Bruce Huber, Land Law and Policy in Israel and the USA. We will explore how Israel's land laws reflect the country's key identity and political challenges as it strives to be a Jewish, democratic, Middle Eastern, and innovative nation.
